It all started when…
Audrey started baking sourdough focaccia for fun because who doesn’t love freshly made bread that is actually good for you? (see ya later store bought bread full of preservatives and other weird ingredients that shouldn’t be in our food)
One day a friend said “Hey, can I buy this from you!?” and she got to thinking about the possibilities….
The Friendly Focaccia was inspired by the bread itself being gut-friendly along with Audrey’s friendly nature which is baked into every loaf.
Yes, I named my starter! It is named Patty, after its original creator, who started it over 16 years ago, right here in Colorado!
All bread is baked to order/upon request with pick up/delivery within 24 hours of coming out of the oven for optimal enjoyment!
Offerings are ever changing based off seasonal ingredients and availability.
