Audrey began cooking in her home state of New Hampshire over 20 years ago for friends and family, simply for the joy that it brought to others. She enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management and moved to Chicago post-graduation to begin her career. She worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Sepia, assisted with cooking classes at Sur La Table, cooked for high-end catering companies, and a meal-kit start-up.
She relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2016 and worked as the Sous Chef for Vert Kitchen, collaborating with the creation of USDA certified organic grab and go items that can now be found in Natural Grocers and Whole Foods!
She currently bakes and sells sourdough focaccia for her friends, family, and members of the community, appearing at the occasional market in the Denver/Front Range area.
When she is not cooking, Audrey loves to hike, bike, ski, and take in the clean mountain air of Colorado!
