Audrey began cooking in her home state of New Hampshire over 20 years ago for friends and family, simply for the joy that it brought to others. She decided it was a career path she would pursue and enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management and moved to Chicago post-graduation to begin her career. She worked at Michelin-starred Sepia, assisted with cooking classes at Sur La Table, cooked for high-end catering companies and a meal-kit start-up. 

She relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2016 and worked as the Sous Chef for Vert Kitchen, collaborating with the creation of USDA certified organic grab and go items that can now be found in Natural Grocers and Whole Foods!

She currently bakes and sells sourdough focaccia/crackers for her friends, family, and members of the community, appearing at the occasional market in the suburbs of Denver.

When she is not cooking, Audrey loves to hike, bike, ski, and take in the clean mountain air of Colorado!
